Event Timings

The Highways Champions Awards ceremony will take place on Wednesday 4 November 2026 at InterContinental, Park Lane, London. Doors open at 11:45 with lunch and the main ceremony set to start from 12:30pm. Event closes at 18:00.

Dress Code

Business smart if possible. The event is designed to be inclusive so there are no prescriptive dress requirements.

You can quickly and easily book a table via our website once available. Book early to avoid disappointment. Early Bird rates are available until 11 September 2026, thereafter standard rates will apply.

How many people are you expecting at the awards?

The capacity of the venue is 550 people which we expect to sell out quickly. Book early to avoid disappointment.
